Diodes公司(纳斯达克股票代码:DIOD)宣布推出SPXO振荡器,同时也推出PI3WVR626,这是一款MIPI ® D-PHY/C-PHY 2:1 开关,可让单个主机设备与两个符合 MIPI 的模块连接,帮助工程师优化多- 相机手机和其他个人计算设备。

每个通道都使用低导通电阻单刀双掷 (SPDT) 开关进行切换,从而通过先开后合操作确保低插入损耗。4.5GHz 的高带宽,加上低通道间偏移和最小串扰,意味着可以支持 C-PHY 操作的 2.5Gsps 和 D-PHY 数据的 3Gbps 数据速率。PI3WVR626 可在 1.5V 至 3.6V 的电源电压下工作。
PI3WVR626采用X1-QFN2525-24 封装.
