百利通亚陶晶振推出的AP7345D提供独立的电压输入,带有用于控制输出的使能引脚。这在为应用设计电源时提供了更大的灵活性。每个通道在 EN 引脚改变状态的大约 10μs 内关闭或打开,如果不需要输出控制,每个通道上的EN引脚也可以连接到高电平。
AP7345D系列在整个输出电压范围内具有 1kHz 时 75dB 的出色 PSRR。输入电压范围从1.7V扩展到 5.25V,两个通道中的每一个都可以保证提供高达 300mA 的电流。包含短路保护可确保 LDO 在任一输出电压轨发生短路时不会受到损坏。
